About the Owner

A Local Expert Committed to Excellence

Jason Williams started his career in the construction industry back in 1999. One of his first high profile jobs was at the Newington Gas Fired power plant in New Hampshire. He learned many different trades on this project, and learned how important it was for setting grade for utilities, how to lay gas pipe, and about how underground must be set correctly for the foundation to layer on top without interfering. This is where Jason got his first introduction to concrete forms and placement of concrete, including how and why you must vibrate the concrete. It is to ensure there is no void in what has been poured behind the forms.
This project opened Jasons eyes in the construction field, as he still wasn't sure what trade fit him best. The next project that was exciting for Jason as an ambitious young man, was the demolition of the interstate 95 bridges throughout Boston, Massachusetts. This is where he used a 4' demo cutting torch to cut away the steel I beams, while cranes held the weight and then flew them on to the ground. This was one of Jasons favorite jobs as it was working with cranes.
His next journey would be learning how to erect steel buildings, starting from the foundation all the way to installing roof systems and siding. This is where and when Jason decided that he was interested in learning how to operate cranes. He had been on the receiving end of the hook long enough and that he wanted to be in the seat feeding the guys like himself the heavy iron beams. His dreams came true when a contractor gave him the opportunity to try it out and he has not turned back since. Jason went on to operate several different pieces of heavy equipment and specialized in crane work since 2001. He has worked for a few great construction companies over the years and on some pretty amazing jobs.
Jason finally semi settled down in 2017 when he got married to a county girl. This changed his mind on traveling the country for other companies and pushed him to achieve his goal of owner operator of his own company. By having his own company this would allow him to stay closer to home to be with his family. So, he started working projects in 2020 with just a farm tractor with a box scraper doing small jobs/projects on the weekend like driveway repair and farm road grading. He would rent larger equipment for bigger projects like trenching and ditch work. As the workload grew so did his equipment. It wasn't long till the weekend work was turning into more than he could handle while still working his full-time crane operator job. It was finally time for him to make the jump to go out on his own.
